What is scalar energy healing
Many holistic traditions describe the human body as having several layers of energy that together form the human energy field. The first layer is the physical body, which we can see and touch. Surrounding this are four more subtle layers that are often referred to collectively as the aura.
The aura is considered an energetic field around the body, and people often describe it as having its own shape, size and colour. Some individuals are said to have clear, bright auras, while others may have softer or more muted ones. Its appearance is believed to shift gently in response to emotions, mood and life experiences.
Within this field, many traditions speak of chakras, which are thought of as energy centres along the body from the top of the head to the base of the spine. These centres are often described as small vortexes that allow universal energy to flow in and out. There are seven main chakras and each is traditionally associated with different aspects of physical and emotional well-being.
In Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic philosophy, subtle channels known as meridians and nadis are said to guide the movement of energy throughout the body. Across cultures, these ideas share a common belief that when these pathways become blocked or sluggish, energy may not flow as smoothly.
How can the human energy field affect the body
According to these holistic perspectives, the body’s natural life force is thought to move through the chakras, meridians and nadis. When energy flows freely, it is believed to support harmony and vitality. When energy feels blocked or unbalanced, people often notice tension, heaviness or a sense of being out of alignment.
These traditions use imagery to help explain the concept. For example, energy flow is often compared to a river. If a fallen tree blocks the water, leaves and debris collect around it and the flow slows down. Gently clearing the obstruction allows the river to move again.
Scalar energy healing works within this holistic framework and aims to encourage a sense of openness and balance throughout the energy field.
How I use scalar energy in my sessions
I draw on three different approaches to scalar energy, depending on what feels most supportive for each person.
Pure Scalar
Pure scalar is the simplest form. You sit or lie comfortably between the transmitter and receiver so that the scalar field can surround you in a gentle, restful way.
Molecular Scalar
By placing a substance such as an essential oil on the receiver coil, the qualities of that substance can influence the scalar field around you. For example, lavender oil is often used for its calming associations.
Rife Scalar
Rife Scalar combines scalar energy with frequency-based wellness work. I connect my scalar equipment to my Spooky2 software so that a wide range of supportive frequencies can be run into the scalar field. This creates a more comprehensive and personalised experience.
